You Know What I Mean
Nicholas Alpher attempts to guide us through the insanity of growing up in Bergen County, New Jersey. He feels that life is a beautiful thing and that you can find enjoyment in the absurd and light in the dark despite whatever you've gone through in your life. Nick is a former drug addict, wrestler, construction worker, and mental patient that is pretending to have an idea of what's going on in the World. Meanwhile he struggles to make meaning out of the things in his own head.

You Know What I Mean
Ep 55: ONE YEAR OF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!
This is the episode that officially recognizes You Know What I Mean's one year anniversary! Thank you to everyone along the way who has listened AND also those who have given me support, insight, and pointers!
Nick does his first episode since the infamous "Derenzo" episode. A tough act to follow, but we think he did pretty good on this one! Nick openly calls out Derenzo to come back on the show to discuss more stories from his life, because Matt seemingly forgot everything that has ever happened to him personally. Nick also goes over Amazon's incessant request for him to pick up packages from them despite them being the delivery giant, he tells a story about a deranged woman at a 12 Step meeting, coins the term "you either die a simp, or live long enough to become an incel," he mentions Trump's new theory that Biden is being controlled by Barack Hussein Obama, and he tells a story about a time his Dad confused him that his Uncle Bobby was someone he shouldn't trust. Love you, Uncle Bob I don't know why my father did that.
Lastly, Nick talks a little bit about his perspective on the events happening over in the Gaza Strip and their implications here in America on social media. Truly a terrible situation and I hope there is peace to be made and no more people are made to suffer on both sides of that human rights disaster.
Nick also goes on to talk about the friends he has lost in the month of October over the years and reflects on how much it sucks when people die young. Love the people you love and make sure they know it because life is short and you never know how long you have with someone.
This episode is dedicated to Nicholas Delgiorno and Michael Payne. Two of my brothers gone too soon but never forgotten.
